Barry Fairbank

Construction Manager

Career Abstract

In 1973 Barry made the decision to forego the classroom, move to Nanaimo, and pursue the construction industry with his fledgling company; Hallmark Homes Ltd. For the next twelve years, this company grew with the community developing single family residential subdivisions, commercial lease space, office, and multi-residential complexes within Central Vancouver Island.

By 1985, Barry had incorporated a new company, LDC Management Ltd, with the objective of blending general contracting and the range of services offered by a project manager. From that beginning to the incorporation of Tectonica Management Inc, he has sought to provide clients with the option of participating in a ‘concept to completion’ formula for new and renovated construction.
